They are arguing on the RB QBID site as to whether shareholders in QBID actually own QTN. I think Irishbull had this same arguement a while back. This is the non-clarity from no financials that hurts the stock. All I know is the QBID web site sucks. The QTN website is good, and Frank says under investor relations that QTN is owned by TMM and trades under QBID ticker. It seems that no matter what the filings say, This statement by Frank is enough to get him into serious trouble if he were to try to take QTN from TMM and leave the shareholders with nothing.IMO-TW
