A 12 year old does not have a well developed sense of right and wrong, especially if he has not had proper parental guidance as he was growing up. The fact that this kid was out on the street selling beer is pretty conclusive proof that his upbringing was sorely lacking in that area, and probably in all other areas as well.

So I beg to differ with you -- it is his parents who need to "be slapped right across" their face.
