Well, then I appreciate the concern...any and all questions relating to the success of AGEL are important, even if the answers have a negative impact on the company...we are all trying to make sense of the situation...this is what we have been told:
1)reduced A/S already
2)no dilution 120 days from PR couple months ago
3)JV(s) in works, at least one with well-known commercial bank (if rumors are true, THE bank is a large one, but I dare not say what the rumors suggest until we hear something from either company involved confirming it
...)...note that JP Morgan employees supported the idea of Angels In Action in previous PRs...nothing huge, but still important...
4)Further share reduction strategies being considered
Hopefully we hear something soon...maybe they wanted to file the 10Q before further updates on the deal(s) in the works...one can only hope...
