In afterhours ORCL is down about 10%, after closing up on the day by 12.5%. IRF is still in the green by 14%; IRF closed up on the day by about 18%. This suggests that IRF will not be significantly affected by ORCL. But I don't really attach that much significance to AH trading. It frequently has little bearing on the regular session.

But my answer is that I don't think ORCL will significantly affect IRF.
