Nothing to write home to mom about but I emailed Mr. Veve this morning and received a response rather quickly. Here it is.

I thank you for being a shareholder. I apperciate your concerns as they are mine as well. You should relize that I took over this company with a storied past. Nothing happens over night. Pinksheets will be updated as soon as I have confirmation on all changes and you and all the other shareholders will be updated.
As for FINRA I can not comment on how they handle shareholder inquiries.
We are in full production in Mexico and all is well. The show will be a great sucess.
I apologize that I have not answered all of your emails as I receive many emails.
