I purchased a few puts in LAMR this afternoon (Oct $25 puts). They are in the outdoor advertising business and are trading at $28.23. The earnings estimate for 2010 is for a loss of $0.43. Likewise, the estimate for 2011 is for a loss of $0.03. The BV is $8.75 with cash of $0.29 and a negative TBV. The most money they have ever made in any year going back to 2003 was $0.42/share which happened in 2007. They look very overvalued and appear to be a good hedge.
