I give 20 to 1 odds, Judge Sullivan will not issue a preliminary injunction stopping the sale of Sandoz's generic Lovenox.

What will be the reaction from the market when we get his ruling?
I dunno. Almost seems like a gimme here.

Looking forward to positive cash flow for MNTA... perhaps then the market will take notice. For ev'ry day / month / quarter, no new generic... MNTA's value increases.
