well, this isn't the first rodeo in the OTC.........I could give you a few examples of similar situations that were frauds.....from a technical standpoint, the are filing all the proper requirements wich makes the company legal, and at this point everything else would have to become a private suit.....many frauds happen, but its only a matter of time at shareholders expense unfortunately........
