It was a good day today. It looks like many or most of the short term speculators have been shaken out of the tree. First time in the 18+ months I've been looking at this stock where we've had a 20% increase in share price without any good pr news (bad news even if you consider the delay of the 2Q report).

Also does anyone know if the delay in the 2Q report could be caused because the financing for the Mongolia project is going to close at any time and the company wants to wait till that is settled before releasing the SEC report? I don't know much about how regulation works or frankly a ton about how companies report to know if things happening now could affect the release of the previous quarters fillings.
