The small sales you are referring to are anything after the first hour of trading. Anything after the first hour today is your normal selling that you are referring to. The first hour was 30M shares in large blocks that were sold into the PR. I suspect eventually it will be confirmed that 20M or 30M shares were issued to someone right before this. As far as "private placements" holding on to shares....not a chance. Those were sold long ago in the .0030's. As far as what Frank said he also said on the conference call no new shares were issued in Q2 but I've already shown that wasn't true.
