There are 35k posts here each day. We couldn't possibly read them all. If you read the TOU when you signed up, it explained that this is a mostly self-policing site. If you don't want to be a part of that process, then your choice.

Your prerogative to report or not, but, personally, I don't see how you can complain about the systems if you don't use them.
