C is still a sound investment for long haul, very long haul. If I had lots of cash to play with then I would buy large now and reap a quick buck in short order but since I don't I'm picking up what I can and holding on for the ride. Gov may be out next year but till things smooth out and fears of double dip go away I don't see them in a rush to do so. Till then look for the PPS to bounce around like it has been. JMO
