been key to keep tabs with the T/A and on top of this situation. In looking at October's chart after their R/S, they had a period of time (at least 6 trading days) where they traded above .10, some days trading over .15 and .20.
The issue now in this short term period is verifying from the company if they also contend the current O/S is 1.1 million. I'm very aware of their past, so seeing this ST opportunity I'm trying to confirm the share structure issues directly with them and in short order.
Thursday night I looked at their SEC filings from 2004 to the present, so getting to the bottom of this short term situation quickly is key for what could be very nice gains, especially if MM's have been trading in bad faith.
