Why would Jeff Landreth and Gene Johnson leave their CEO / CFO positions at Apex just to take same jobs at Quasar? Most likely Quasar will be buying Apex. Funding must be in final stages or completed. How else is Quasar going to pay their salaries. Again, why would they join Quasar when they all ready have great jobs at Apex unless something is going to happen soon.
