Exactly! Who in the world buys a stock because a CEO says its undervalued? lol If that is your criteria for buying, you would own 10,000 stocks.

Now, anyone willing to discuss when we are getting the audited financials, OVER FOUR MONTHS LATER? How about discussing the now 48 days since we were told about the 30 days until the Reg D 506 filing? How about when the dividends will be issued that were declared YEARS ago?

How about this, let's discuss the "several" SEC filings promised in April. Can anyone find me ONE?? Surely you remember this, "3. Filed the first 8k of several files being prepared for the SEC" (April 16 PR). It's FOUR months later folks, can anyone link for me the "several" SEC filings?
