The $68 million was said to be media credits from American Media Complex. Here is them stating that the credits are virtually worthless but can fluff up the numbers on a Balance Sheet;

A real company, JBII, recently got blasted by the SEC for overstating the value of their media credits.

Two questions;

1) How many people would have even given $100 to this company if they knew that they were not investing in oil gas or gold but worthless media credits?

2) Is it feasible that Petro America really went from $68 million to hundreds of Billions in assets in a little over 1 year?
