You mean to tell me that the CEO of WNBD is human and makes mistakes? How many mistakes or inaccurate statements does the average CEO make? How many has Eric made? Has he made more or less than the typical CEO?
Besides promising and not delivering a NA US account, what other misleading statements has he made? Are you keeping track of them, or is it just the one thing?
Has he promised buy-backs or has he merely said if and when the company becomes profitable he would consider buying back shares well at the same time admitting that the company wasn't profitable, even before he started posting financials?
Didn't he e-mail this board within a week of the DRTV launch to let everyone know that the DRTV hadn't yet reached a self-sustaining phase and that the company would be tweaking it?
Wouldn't the pps be much higher if the CEO actually made ANY ATTEMPT to PUMP THE STOCK rather than just reporting accurate, truthful information regarding his company? Wasn't he the one to e-mail everyone about the Wal-Mart Canada account before people had even asked about it?
