As far as I know everybody that was solicited to buy shares was contacted through email solicitations or on the phone. They were given no prospectus of the company. Told none of the risks involved. Given no history of the company or it's CEO. They were given nothing to verify the assets claims or other claims of financials that the company was making. And they were all told that the shares would be trading in the near future.
