I appreciate your response, but there is evidence that can be found in memos or filings that carry more weight than anyone's opinion.
Contrary to your opinion on the point below, the IDS clearly states the SKU number was for Lowes in the USA. It can be read on page 23 of the IDS.
The commencement of the Lowe's account was Canada..not the US and he knew that IMO. My guess is the sku number and such had to do with Canada as well unless they intend to use the same sku number in both Canada and the US. We all know how long it takes to get into an NA so I am sure they have been working on the Canada Lowes for awhile.
This topic would have probably never been brought up except for the fact he was answering questions in the CC that had been posed to him shareholders in regards to a RS. His answer was very profound to the possibility of a RS or a share buy-back, and in no way lead anyone to believe that it would happen in the near future. Listen to the CC, and you'll get the answer.
His talk about how smart people were to get in around a penny, doing "buy backs" and comments about those who don't agree with the way things are being done are egotistical and irresponsible...especially given the share price now. IMO
