OK, we are still on schedule, and just days away......wonder why Goldberg left, now he does not need to file form 4 (???)....

seems like the JBII BOD churn rate is about 6 months or so (restricted period, coincidentally), who will be next????

PS: Wesson has 825K, hope he does not bail!!!!
