That's old news - Newco is a group of investors that was finiancing the entire project it wasn't banks. If this was the real world and not Pink Sheet Land we stockholders would have been asked to approve the sale. I want to see the document - but I have a feeling we're all going to need a case of industrial strength Peparation H.
