No. When QBID bought the shell they were doing so to avoid the costs of an IPO. They were able to get a publicly traded company structure. Basically like buying a used car. They just had to report new presidents, vice, etc. The previous company most likely was not a fully reporting company. For us to clean up the shell they need to find all past history of the company, close any debt or law suits they bought with the shell, and begin filing with the SEC. Thats how we're going to become a clean shell and off the pinks. Matt
