Is that necessarily true? Everything can be cleaned. QBID can't be the first company to buy a dirty shell. The SEC has to have ways to clear it all up regardless of the shells past owners. It would probably requires a very focused effort on QTN's part now to report absolutely everything. That is perhaps why we're still pink. They're not willing to do that just yet. Matt
