As much as I think that Ihub's parent company stinks, I can say from experience that Ihub is good in these kind of matters. They will not just roll over on you. They also charge a good bit of money to "process" the subpoenas so the stinky CEO here does not get a free ride.
I hope that the California SLAPP rules will be taken advantage of in the Yahoo subpoenas which will cost LGTTD a pretty penny due to their abuse of the justice system.
