You have no idea whether or not Dean will be able to bring in the financing for this or not so lose the "take it to the bank" nonsense. So you have met Dean and were not impressed, big deal, there are others here who have met or spoken to him regularly and have a lot of respect for him. And by the way I think there has been quite a bit of DD on what he has done (and not done) so far and it amounts to something quite different than "flocking shareholder" whatever that is supposed to mean.

It's posting like this that has driven so many underground. It's unsubstantiated statements repeated endlessley for the good of no one.
