given how visible KAT* was, it's hard not to use that run as a point of comparison. i think most folks would realize right away LBSR and KAT* are worlds apart -- in terms of the scale of their JVs, the share structures, and most important, the assets. jmho, but for these reasons i think .25 could be LBSR's base, and the run could go a lot higher from there.
