Insiders sell when they can. I remember holding DNDN after positive data in April 2009 and the CEO was umloading a boatload of his shares at 1$17 to $22. Every individual investor was reasoning that it was a bad sign for the prospects for approval. Obviously It meant nothing. Upper management has too many shares anyways.
