You're not taking into account that the $40m (?) charge will be taken over 2 to 3 quarters (hopefully). In that case, it is a big deal over the short term.

Did anyone here know that 50% of their initial cash flow would go back to Sandoz? If that was public, then I stand corrected.

As far as I know, this is a off-balance sheet item that snuck up on me. And if it truly it is $40mil, that represents a major chunk of Mnta's current assets.

How much is the Sandoz payment if Teva is approved? If it stays at $40m (?) and Teva is approved, it could be many quarters before it's paid off.
