Could very well happen... I agree with investbernie as well (see his link below). IMO, a R/S is looking to be more and more likely for Dean to pursue in order to support the company IF no funding happens soon. Of course, there most likely will be some glossing over with fluff & spin along with it inside PR, jmho - and just like the last A/S increase that didn't produce jack squat for shareholders. Unfortunately for all longs averaged in much higher, the QASP dream has turned out to be a nightmare.
