After the permit approval there will be plenty of new eyes on Laidlaw. The pink sheet crowd can only take this thing so far. Approval should allow more of the mainstream investment community to hold their noses and check this company out. The PPA with PSNH will be the first thing they uncover and then the projected revenues should seal the deal with most of them.
