he got lucky (or did he planned well), the market was not doing well recently coupled with anticipated insider's selling...

Hopefully, after MNTA nails the case next Tuesday and it can move on to a more reasonable price level in coming weeks.

Of coz, a buyout offer with good premium in the next few weeks is welcome too. (It's a reasonable expectation IMO).
