you have said in the past the developments in [Teva’s] generic enoxaparin program didn't meet the legal threshold for materiality, so if they did not want to disclose certain aspects of the program, they wouldn't have to.

That’s right. I presume Teva would have disclosed the Lovenox facilities inspections on the 2Q10 CC because they would have wanted to disclose, not because they had a legal obligation to do so.
