If you don't believe GLD's numbers, why not short it and go long some other version of gold, like futures, or CEF, or a miners' mutual fund? When the news gets out that GLD has been lying, you'll make a killing...

That's not my style..... I prefer to make my money the old fashioned way.... by owning the juniors and bitching about the riggers! <vbg>

Besides, since those ETF crooks don't allow independent audits, it would tie up my funds forever.....

If it were on the up and up, PH, they should have no qualms w/r to an occasional independent audit...
