They have acquired Atlantic Aviation, Corporate Air Repair, CET Corporation, Debonair Charters, Quasar Aircraft Corporation, Tigerfish Aviation, helicopter parts and an option for Mineseeker in UK. Atlantic Aviation

Atlantic Aviation, Inc. (AAI) is a flight school located at Herlong Airport in Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville’s newest flight school has helped spread the awareness of general aviation by offering introductory flight demos for $59 and voluntary charity events for the youth. AAI is a subsidiary of Quasar Aerospace Industries, which is involved in various aspects of aviation, including manufacturing of aircraft parts and the development of a VLJ (Very Light Jet). Once the initial school is operational, the goal is to market this “School Concept” as a turn-key franchise opportunity to aviation professionals around the country. They offer training in the state-of-the-art Redbird Flight simulators and the airplanes they acquired last year. AAI has signed a Letter of Intent with a group from India to train foreign flight students, and has submitted an application to the U. S. Secretary of State for approval for this operation. When the program begins, the Company plans to add ten students per month until it is fully operational with 60 students in training at all times at varying stages of training and a full capacity of 80 students. The flight training program runs for approximately six months, and each student pays $66,000 for the full program.

The Company is working on a twenty year lease with the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) for a new hanger and flight training facility. Recently, AAI has leased an additional facility at Craig Airport which is thirty minutes away from Herlong Airport. AAI and Corporate Air Repair will expand its flight training and repair services at Craig Airport.

The facility at Herlong will have:

3.5 acre site full development and valued around 3 million dollars for the project
14,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building on Monolithic slab and foundation including 3,173 square feet of interior finished office area (Maintenance Hangar)
7,992 square foot ICF building with a standing seam roof on wood trusses including interior finishes (Flight School)
Ramp parking for 25 aircraft or more
Completion date set for May of 2011

CET (Combustion Engine Technology) Corporation, based out of Florida, is the first of four acquisitions for Quasar. CET Corporation will provide the nucleus of Quasr's Automotive Group. CET manufactures high performance gas and diesel engines for the automotive and marine industries. They are also working in the field of green technology conversions for truck fleets using clean low emissions propane fuel. It is estimated that CET will add approximately $5.6 million in revenue in the first twelve months with an EBITDA of $700,000. CET is in the position to work with manufactures, joint venture partners, and to establishing worldwide licensing agreement. The company is poised to move into the marketing portion of the project and to address the interest that has been received from the different OEM Manufactures. CET has several other projects currently in process and will be capitalizing on the projects that generate the best opportunities for the company and the technology. Combustion Engine Technology is excited to have a vision for the future, but we are most excited to have the ability to deliver the engine of the future today.
