"Bionic Products hired an independent consulting firm, Dallas Jones Associates, in early 2010 with the belief that the firm would advertise, promote and disseminate new information to grow the shareholder base as well as raise capital to propel Bionic Products to the next levels and complete the projects slated for 2010. Dallas Jones Associates hired five additional companies to assist the firm with its goals. Officers from Bionic Products and Dallas Jones Associates allege that these companies have fraudulently misrepresented themselves with the result of damaging Bionic Products. South Law Group of Hillsborough County Florida has been retained to file Complaints against all parties that have damaged the new company structure. The names of all parties will be announced in an upcoming press release once the documents have been filed with the Court."
