Paul A: StockPickReport.com has IBM as an outperform as of 10:48 am ET this morning. Sounds like some of the "I get paid for my stuff" online gurus who seem to have 20/20 hindsight after the fact forecasting abilities. Or, the in advance posts that are so befuddled or ambiguous only the author can explain them later after the market has tipped its hand so the interpretation/explanation can be on target...gg

Of course those folks get some of them right, with all the regular ongoing equity ratings, some of them are bound to be hits.
