didn't know if you saw this news last week re; SNDK (I assume they are the 'competitor' in here).

LEXR taking Toshiba to court about Flash...

there are strong accusations here about funnelling info. And one of these cases goes back to 2002. Interesting but not sure if it means anything to Sndk.
