Correct. The Texas case concerns the Itanium and the Alabama case was about the P4. Note that the Intergraph case has a strange twist. Intel already has a license based on the prior settlement. The only thing to fight about in TX is the size of the payment. The Reuters article covers this and so did the original PR on the settlement. $150 million was at stake in the trial and Intel lost.

If Intel appeals and wins, no $$ are due. If Intel appeals and loses it will owe Intergraph another $100 million for $2 a total of $250 million. If Intel wins it owes nothing. Therefore the appeal decision is almost a double or nothing bet.
