If it is still this cheap in late Sept, I will pick some up then for the 10 year buy and hold. I am mostly just holding what I have till late Sept, unless something on my watch list does a flash crash nose dive.
Compared to a lot of the junk stocks I play with, this is certainly a stable, dividend paying giant, with a low relative risk. I just don't trust the market right this minute for adding much here as I suspect we have at least one nose dive to 1000 SPX before end of Sept, and what I have already, I can't afford to sell, if the market rallies.
