i have seen it when posted. there is other info being shared on cafepharma by actual reps selling the lovenox. it seems that they have won the Kaiser contract and that Sanofi is engaging in discounting and bulk % markdown for being main supplier. taking everything with a grain of salt.

They have to. They can not sell the branded for 16% more to volume buyers. IF they tried that they would lose 80% of the market once Sandoz ramped up production. For the present, since Sandoz cannot supply more than 35-40% of the market, Sanzoz can be slow to grant the discounts. But discount they will.

BTW - I am not suggesting that there are not foolish buyers out there that are not making errors. They may even aggregate to a significant market tranche. But the bulk of the market will seek price.
