Mac, some TRBY thots :

Tom Large, President & CEO stated
“The immediate and likely impact of this development during the next week, as websites are updated by the Ingram System, is for our products to appear on an additional 100 to 150 websites, not unlike Tech Depot, part of Office Depot. Our presence in Austin, TX , has increased relevance, in that almost all the distributors with whom we might partner to fulfill government purchases, or contracts purchased through the EDI system are represented here. So too, the computer manufactures, who purchase third party products to fulfill government contracts. The timing for this outcome, part of the activity of Scott Scartozzi, is therefore ideal.”

The Austin conference is one of four regional conferences across the US that claim to be the "largest and most respected technology conferences for state and local government" by the organizers. In their prospectus http://media.govtech.net/GTC05_Prospectus.pdf they estimate the total State and Government IT market at $83 billion . DAI has taken a booth (#927) at the exhibition being held in the Austin Convention Center. DAI was advised last evening that the delegates list numbered some 5,000. Other Exhibitors include Hewlett Packard, Dell, Gateway and the many of the leading distributors who sell to the Government on a nationwide basis.

==========

You just have to love these pieces all coming together. A sales channel for TRBY with 100 to 150 new websites within a week, AND the ability to partner with major suppliers of government purchasors, many of whom will be at the conference. Oh, and a legal requirement rapidly coming up for govt agencies to be Section 508 compliant by 4/1/05. How good CAN it get? <Grin>

Lets see .. 83 Billion for IT (Information Technology) spending.
No matter HOW you play with the numbers, even the most miniscule part of that spent on Aerobic mice means a HUGE profit for DAI. (Oh, and that's not even taking into account clickless software yet ...)

1% = 830 Million
.1% = 83 Million
.01% = 8.3 million

Things to ponder ...
