Ray..oh, I've been on a birdseed kick at work too..
they kinda help out a little..I like'em..
they have differnet flavors too..BBQ, Ranch, etc..
Good name on there too..LOL
also beef jerky they sell in breakroom machine here pretty low calories too..kinda feels like you've ate something with all the chewing one does..LOL..
