Boss motors ability to sell is the same as any new company with no history, network, factory, financial backing...in short, not much better than Ronn's abilities and we have seen they havent resulted in significant sales in the last 2 years. If it had been a real brick and mortar company in the automotive industry that was actively producing and selling cars widely I would feel differently, but we are talking about another startup that has a 1 in 10 chance of success at best ( typical of small business). Ronn may default on that high interest mezzanine loan before any income is apparent from this agreement.
