Not exactly sure where your numbers are from, maybe just outdated. I came across this one looking for a place to drop some change and I see an OS of 99.4 million as of today.

People usually get burned when the OS is around 2 billion or more, but this one is fairly low. I understand the AS can be sky high and worth noting, but if they aren't on the market (yet) then it isn't dilution. It IS, however, a large stone hanging over investor's heads. If this company is making money, they will eventually retire the AS a bit as the cash might not be needed from them.
