Just a suggestion. Can our moderator please call the Ontario Board and ask for a technical opinion of the PR - what it says and what it does not say to a professional reader? Even though the Company has not released the full report - the reason for which is difficult to understand - there may be nuggets of real information buried in the text which could be clarified by an expert.
