I don't think you "pay for them" at all... Make up for them maybe but not "pay for" them. Thats like me saying I need to pay for a cut in the rates for the service I provide or pay for a cut in pay... You don't "pay for" them... To me this is just their stupid play on words to spin it and make those of weak mind agree with them... Why not just state it simply?
But what do you do to make up for any of them? STOP SPENDING....
Besides more taxes does not always mean more revenue....
