Subsidiary? isnt that a bit disingenuous to have Heffernan hype Boss motors when its their own subsidiary? I thought disclosure rules would have required them to state that. Thats much like Ronn refering to his "board of directors" as the decision making group when he is the only member of that board. And Boss sounds like its newly created anyway, which would limit their capability to market the devices or even fabricate them especially if they are a paper company only. subsidiaries scare me, Frigette created one for HP2G fabrication and it disappeared, Angeltouch created one to buy and market cars and it disappeared. Boss seems to have been created only to help pump the stock and may disappear as quickly as it appeared.
