Monk, excellent post. A visionary and leader can only do so much. It's up to the team to support the goal and come together.

If people want to flip for pennies and not wait for dollars that is their choice. Their position and torch will be picked up by others. Eventually the weeding out process will be complete and the team will reach its goal.

There are great people with big hearts here and in the end that will be seen by all.

The people who get it understand all you have done for them.
