All a very low RSI means to me is that the downside is limited in the short-term. Prices are most likely to be stable or up slightly. A few days of stable prices and roughly even buy/sell action will raise the daily RSI well above 30. At that point the sell-off could resume.

Meaningful PR trumps any of this, however, and leads me to hold my minimum shares. The issue is whether to start buying more at these depressed levels. I've been waffling on this lately.
