if the stock closes below a dollar, and i believe it will, i will be raising my reverse split risk watch to code red -

this of course presupposes that the principals are actually seeking an AMEX listing, and that the drugs are real - if neither are the case R/S won't be a factor, the stock will just wither on the vine -
